Home Opener Parking Info

The Twin City Thunderbirds would like to advise all fans attending our Home Opener on Saturday, November 7th, at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Arena of important parking and traffic changes. Due to Wake Forest University's football game scheduled for 3:30 PM that afternoon, all Thunderbirds parking will be directed to the Fairgrounds Midway. Fans should approach the Fairgrounds using Reynolds Boulevard and 27th Street to access Shorefair Drive, entering through Gate 7 at 569 Fairgrounds Boulevard.

Additionally, a portion of Deacon Boulevard will be closed to through traffic until approximately 6:00 PM due to the football game. Fans are strongly encouraged to allow extra travel time, follow posted signage and traffic directions, and plan their arrival accordingly to avoid potential delays. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we prepare to welcome the Flock back to the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Arena for our highly anticipated Home Opener on November 7th!
